Asian States’ Potential Leadership in International Law

지난 12월 5일(화), 인하대학교 국제관계연구소는 (사)아시아국제법발전연구회와 함께 대만에 있는 장징궈 총통 도서관에서 ‘Asian States’ Potential Leadership in International Law’라는 주제로 국제학술대회를 공동 개최하였다.

 

학술대회는 2개 세션에 걸쳐 주제 발표와 토론이 이어졌다. 이석우(인하대) 교수와 이진영 인하대 국제관계연구소장이 각 세션의 좌장을 맡았다.

 

첫 번째 세션 주제는 ‘10 Years after the Initiation of the South China Sea Arbitration and It’s Impact on Territorial and Maritime Disputes in Asia’, 두 번째 세션의 주제는 ‘Developing International Norms Addressing the Disposal of Nuclear Waste and Nuclear Governance at the International and Domestic Levels’로 구성되었으며, 발표에는 고상두(연세대) 교수, Rommel J. CASIS(필리핀 국립대) 교수, 히토시  우시지마 (주오대학) 교수 등이 참여하였다.
