COURSE OVERVIEW
Korea is a country of miracles. Korea, one of the world's poorest countries due to colonial rule and the Korean War, developed into a prosperous country in about half a century. And Korea succeeded in peaceful democratization. Democracy has been firmly established, including many horizontal regime changes. In this lecture, you can learn about the history of economic growth and democracy in Korea, as well as the background of the country's current success.
