On March 17, the K-Academic Diffusion Research Center held the 4th workshop of the 2nd year with the theme of "Developing and Operating Courses."  Eighteen people, including joint researchers and representatives from Mirim Media Lab, the video production company, participated and shared their experience and know-how on filming online course along with the first year's course operation report and the prototype demonstration of the second year's course.

3rd 2022.11.08(10:54) Joint Workshop [Overviews and Challenges in Inha Global Project]

On November 1st , the K-Academic Diffusion Research Center held the 3rd workshop of the 2nd year online with Professor Jeongho Kim of Political Science and Relations at Inha University. With the theme of “IOverviews and Challenges in Inha Global Project”, seven members of the K-Academic Diffusion Research Institute project (Director Jinyoung Lee) had the opportunity to discuss how the Center could successfully promote online programs regarding Korean studies by collaborating with the Inha Global Education Project, and develop exchange programs with other universities overseas. The K-Academic Diffusion Research Center will further develop online courses and dispatch affiliated members abroad, thereby contributing to promoting the spreading of the center’s achievements all over the world.

2nd 2022.07.29(10:57) Joint Researcher Workshop on Online Course Development

On July 28, the K-Academic Diffusion Research Center held the 2nd workshop on the project's second-year Online Course Development.   Seventeen people, including joint researchers and representatives from Mirim Media Lab, the video production company, participated in this workshop to look into major guidelines and instructions for developing online courses. In addition, joint researchers filming courses in the second year presented their first lecture draft to get advice from experts, particularly in efficient ways and matters to be attended to during the course development.

1st 2022.07.07(10:12) A Workshop on the Second-year Online Course Development

  On July 5, the K-Academic Diffusion Research Center held the first online workshop for the 2nd-year course development.   At the workshop, the research team shared content development plans and schedules with joint researchers participating in the development and filming of 10 lectures this year, such as Political Economy of Industrialization in Korea, Korea's Public Diplomacy and the World. Besides that, experts in educational content design also participated, introducing major types and guidelines for content development.

6th 2022.06.07(00:00) North Korean Workers in Primorsky Krai Post Covid-19

On June 3, the 6th workshop under the topic took place. This workshop was a precious time for participants to understand the current situation of North Korean workers in Primorsky Krai after Corona and seek ways to protect their human rights and improve the working environment.

On November 11, the K-Academic Diffusion Research Center held the 4th workshop with the theme of . Fifteen people, including joint researchers and representatives from Mirim Media Lab, a video production company, participated in this workshop to look into guidelines on developing online courses. In addition, joint researchers who will film lectures in the first year presented their first lecture draft to get advice from experts and shared opinions on practical ways as well as schedules for future course filming.

3rd 2022.03.17(17:41) K-MOOC and e-Learning Lecture Development

On October 21, Inha Center for International Studies (CIS) hosted the 3rd Workshop with Yoo Ji-hye, Team Vice Manager of Distance Education Support Center Inha University. In this workshop, Yoo Ji-hye, an expert with extensive experiences in developing e-learning lecture, shared the direction of various online teaching designs, from the first steps of planning courses to how to supervise and operate online lectures. In addition, this workshop introduced specific matters to consider before developing video lectures, which was of practical help to the lecturers preparing for filming.

2nd 2022.03.17(17:40) Building a Korean Studies Database Incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology

On October 14, Inha Center for International Studies (CIS) held a workshop on the topic of incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) technology in building a Korean Studies Database. This workshop invited Dr. Seon-Gyu Go, an expert on Information science and AI fields, to give a presentation and insights under the theme mentioned above. Amidst the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Informationization, the Inha CIS strived to seek ways to spread the research results of the , thereby fostering a new wave of K-Academic both home and abroad.
