COURSE OVERVIEW
Korean foreign policy has been largely determined by four factors: historical, geographical, ideological, and economic factors. At the same time, it can be classified in terms of three areas: security, trade, and peaceful unification. This course introduces, in the first half, the contemporary theories of International Studies to understand the current Korean foreign policies. Then, the specific foreign policy issues of the ROK in the second half, such as Security, Trade, and peaceful Unification with North Korea.
