The conference brought together about 60 participants, including more than 40 assistant-professor-level scholars of Korean Studies from universities across China. Director Lee delivered a one-hour demonstration lecture, presenting the five K-MOOC courses developed under ICIS’s K-Academic Diffusion Project. Many Chinese professors expressed positive views on the academic utility of the Korean Studies course content, stating that they would “use the K-MOOC materials themselves or introduce them to their graduate students.”
