Inha University K-Connectors 'Look at us' Team Leads the Spread of K-Culture through Seoul Exploration

The K-Connectors, operated by the K-Academic Expansion Research Center at Inha University's Institute of International Relations, are a public diplomacy team aiming to spread Korean studies through various activities. Among the 10 active teams, the 'Look at us' team, led by Kyungmin Yeo (Department of Political Science and International  Relationship), strives to share the beauty and diversity of Korea by experiencing both traditional and modern cultures of Seoul with international students.

On July 16th, the 'Look at us' team held an opening ceremony to introduce team members to each other. They also had an orientation session to explain their upcoming visit schedules related to Korean history.

On July 21st, the team visited Bukchon Hanok Village. Three international students from California and USA, joined them, and they engaged in various programs such as tasting traditional Korean food and exploring the National Folk Museum of Korea. These activities allowed them to feel the charm of traditional hanoks and understand the historical significance from the Joseon Dynasty to the modern era. They also visited the National Folk Village to personally experience and internalize these insights.

Through these processes, the 'Look at us' team aims to convey the appeal of Korean culture to international students and promote a positive national image. Inha University's K-Connectors plan to continue leading efforts to introduce Korean culture to the world through various activitie
