'K-Connectors 2nd Presentation Event' Completion Report

On May 28th, the K-Academic Diffusion Research Center under Inha Center for International Studies(ICIS) held the second K-Connectors presentation event at the International Conference Hall in Jeongseok Academic Information Center.

A total of 32 people, including Lee Jean Young, head of ICIS, and its researchers also attended the event. It was organized to share the achievements of K-Connectors’ project which contributed to spreading global Korean studies in the social science field.

The K-Connectors aim to encourage participatory academic exchanges in which INHA students form individual teams for about four months in carrying out projects. All process and outcomes were evaluated based on quantitative and qualitative indicators. This performance presentation was conducted in both methods such as the exhibition type through posters and the presentation type based on PPT. In doing so, final reports were shown in parallel with various forms.

At the event, awards were also given to excellent teams and students. The Lips team, which carried out the "Chinese School Education and Cultural Exchange" project, was selected as an excellent team, while Kim Do-yeon (Consumer Science Department, 3rd grade) and Jeong Da-min (English and European Studies, 4th grade) were awarded as excellent students, respectively.

The selected excellent teams and students will participate in the upcoming academic exchange visit to Fukuoka, Japan, scheduled for June 20th and announce the outcomes of the second K-Connectors activity internationally.

The K-Academic Diffusion Research Center will continue to provide active support and publicity for spreading Korean studies in various ways at home and abroad through the K-Connectors program.
